Information We Collect

When you submit a form or use the client portal, we may collect your name, email, phone, preferred session details, message content, account identifier, gallery favorites, download activity, contract signatures, electronic-signature consent, and signing timestamps. For signed agreements, we also retain limited audit information such as the signing account, IP address, browser information, and a document fingerprint. We collect technical and campaign attribution data such as URL parameters and referral source.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, plan and deliver photography services, improve website performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.

Analytics and Tracking

This site may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel when configured. These tools may collect browser-level information to help understand traffic and conversions.

Third-Party Services

Lead forms and scheduling may route through third-party providers such as FormSubmit, Calendly, HoneyBook, or Dubsado depending on active configuration.

Data Retention and Security

Inquiry, booking, contract, signature, invoice, and payment records are retained as needed for communication, service delivery, business operations, tax or legal compliance, dispute resolution, and record keeping. Sent and signed agreements are preserved as tamper-evident records. Client photographs are stored privately and delivered through time-limited signed links; a gallery may also have an expiration date. Favorites and download activity are retained with the gallery so selections and delivery can be supported. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is fully guaranteed secure.
